Staged Reading Night: Pink Elephant

  • Roxbury Community College 1234 Columbus Avenue Boston, MA, 02119 United States (map)

We’re thrilled to invite you to our first Staged Reading Night, presenting The Pink Elephant— a play written and directed by our very own Mars Oliver-Martinez, produced by Community through Theater!

Join us on May 1st at Roxbury Community College to be part of the FIRST audience to experience the new play! The Pink Elephant is a moving story about two siblings navigating family, responsibility, and growing up too fast. Set on the front porch of their home, the play explores themes of grief, love, and what it means to hold onto each other while also learning to let go. It’s honest, funny, and deeply relatable.

Free dinner will be provided, starting at 5:30 PM, and the staged reading will begin at 6:15 PM. Hang around after the show for a talkback with the writer/director and for a chance to provide valuable feedback that will continue to shape the show.
